Resort BD follows the property's cancellation policy.
To cancel a booking, travellers must go to 'My booking' > 'Cancel' and confirm the cancellation. Or mail us at info@resortsbd.com .
Depending on the property and the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee can be charged.
Date changes are not allowed for any hotel reservations. Travellers must cancel their old booking and rebook with the updated date.
Bookings for blackout dates and the Eid festival are not cancelable or refundable.
Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) following a successful cancellation. The refund will be issued via the same payment method that travellers used. Depending on the channel, the payment may take one to fifteen working days for it to appear in the account.*Convenience charge is non-refundable.
