All the staff behaviour was as like family member. All the time they give best service. Silence place, real hill view also we got real cloudy weather 😊. Food taste not average it was good. housekeeping 🙂

The rooms are clean, specious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to let you soak in the beauty of nature without stepping outside. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it the ideal spot to unwind. A special mention goes to Mr. Hasan, the manager, whose hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready with helpful suggestions about local sights and treks. His warm demeanor and professionalism truly added a personal touch to the whole experience. The taste of foods they served were awesome and we liked their sitting arrangements of outside part of their restaurants which gave us the feeling of dine with nature with a gentle breeze. If you're a nature lover, photographer, or someone just craving tranquility, Cloudy Inn is a hidden gem worth discovering. I left with a heart full of peace and a camera roll full of memories. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality we received was simply beyond words. I’ve stayed at many five-star hotels and resorts before, but this experience ranks first in my heart, without question. The atmosphere was serene, the surroundings breathtaking, and the service—exceptional. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and kindness extended by the team, especially GM Wasfi Bhai. In just a short span of time, he made us feel like family, and for that, I am deeply grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Wasfi Bhai. Had a delightful stay at this hotel in Bandarban! The surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning — waking up to those hill views was a real highlight. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service from the staff was top-notch. Everyone was polite and welcoming, and the general manager went out of his way to be helpful, which made our stay even better. If there's one area for improvement, it's the food service. While the menu has decent options, the quality was fairly average and not particularly memorable. Also, the waiting time for meals was longer than expected. That said, the atmosphere and hospitality more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bandarban and looking for a peaceful, scenic place to relax.

My wife and I stayed at Cloudy Inn Resort in Bandarban, Chittagong from November 24th to 25th, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. We absolutely loved the view and the peaceful vibe of the resort. It was a perfect stay, and we would happily come back again.

Nothing to complain! Beautiful view from each room allures you. The hotel is at a perfect location, easily accessible to Bandarban city and other places. You can expect fair service from the staffs.

Our stay at Cloudy inn was quite delightful. A colleague of mine recommended this place. And now I am recommending it. We took a Standard Couple Room (non ac) as no other rooms were available. We were a bit sceptical because since it’s a non ac room, whether the room condition will be a hit or a miss. The room was a hit. The floor, bedsheets and the toilet was চকচকে (sparkling) clean. Housekeep Nimrod da gave excellent service. We had to leave early the next morning, before breakfast, so there was a chance that we might not be in time for the complimentary breakfast they provided. But as we let them know about our plans, they gladly agreed to keep our breakfasts packed and serve them after we returned. We also had lunch there which was alright. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

I love the location where the resort is located and the resort is near the main road, and the resort's interior exteriors environment everything i like, the stuff's behaviour also good, the dining space also so relaxing greenery everything was perfect.. Infact specially my daughter loved everything about the place..Overall we all like Everything, service also good..

Room quality environment and the cleaning survice everything was overall so good Room interior and exterior was so nice...and the location specially here near the Golden Buddhist temple and near the side of high hills just mesmerised me and my family too, greenery so relaxing, the staff 's behaviour was also good but still need some improvements and mainly everything from sight seeing to room quality Everything was good just they need to improve their food quality...cleaning service stastaff behvaiour environment inside outside everything was on top

Cloudy Inn Resort is one of the best places to stay in Bandarban.. The hill & cloud views from the rooms are absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the environment is peaceful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect for families, couples, and honeymoon trips. Fantastic experience at Cloudy Inn! Great service, delicious food, and a breathtaking view of the hills. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was very peaceful. It’s located in a prime spot near the Golden Buddha Temple. Definitely worth the stay!

The rooms are really neat and every room has a good view of sunrise and sunset. The buddha temple is also visible which looks excellent from the rooms. Every person specially Mr. Fahim was best at customer service. We also had dinner there fro 2 days. Every dish was worth ordering. Overall I would say it was a great experience there.

I had an amazing stay at Cloudy Inn Resort, Bandarban! The staff was incredible, very friendly, and provided excellent service. A special thanks to the receptionist who went out of their way to arrange a car for us. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities, but the best part was the stunning view from the balcony. The food was also delicious and the room service was prompt. Highly recommended.

The location is sooo nice. Very neat and clean environment . The airflow in the room when you open the windows and the view through the varanda is really beautiful. Ma Sha Allah. It was a 2 night stay. The staffs are very friendly and their service is excellent. Everytime we rang them for anyting the service was instant. And also have to talk about their food. We had the traditional items . The food was really tasty. Chicken lakshaw was my personal favourite, 10/10 would recommend.
