It was a serene experience for us. The natural environment surrounding the resort was the most pleasant. The food was great. Authentic bengal taste. Staffs working there were very much responsive to meet up our very necessities and very helpful in every way. Both mud house and AC rooms were up to our satisfaction. Thank Tilagao Team. Keep it up. Those who are planning to visit the place Don’t miss the tea garden a few yards away from the Resort. What Tilagao can improve is the Swimming pool with automatic water cleaning facility.

I am glad that I took the decision of visiting Tilagaon Eco Village. A good combination of beautiful ambiance, amiable service and quality food. Only as nothing is perfect, the geyser and the flash didn’t work perfectly well, but everything else almost covered it up. Good going.

I stayed in 3 resort in 3 night back to back at sreemangal, and the last one was Tilagaon eco Village, and I would say it is the best among all. Its a great resort for the honeymooners with a private pool villa where we stayed. The room is well decorated with all the amenities, lots of lights, with a good fresh room, and an open shower to find the view over the top of a hill. and their most attractive Private pool with infinity view of hill, tea garden and vast sky which will provide a romantic vibes all the day and night along. theirs stuffs are good. they have a restaurant with a heart shaped pond. 5 mud house and 4 ac room. and 1 private pool. but the road to reach there was a serious in the rainy season when you are on your bike, and also tough for large vehicle as the road is too narrow.

Had a wonderful enjoyable time here. Far away from the city, the chirping of squirrels and the chirping of birds is a leisurely recreation close to nature. The cottages are very nice and the accommodation is very comfortable. Very satisfied with the price quality of the delicious food. One thing that caught more attention is the behavior of the employees, they always have a smile on their faces, they are very polite. Eco Village is still under construction and when fully ready it will be one of the most attractive places to spend your vacation. Roads and hill climbs need some improvement.

Absolutely stunning place to spend weekend or holidays in Sreemangal with your family/partner Or friends. We stayed in the mud house and it was all well decorated, spacious, neat and clean. Even in the house, the furniture were made of bamboo. All the houses have spacious balcony, clean and good washrooms. Besides 5 mud houses, the resort has 4 AC villas and one private pool vila. This resort has got one common pool as well. Food is amazing here. Specifically the bbq at night and morning complementary kichuri were delish. The greenery in this place , the decor, the good food and the well behaving and helpful staffs, good security and control made this place a complete package. From here nearby places are Madhavkunda lake, lawachara national park, padmachara tea estate, monipuri para. U can visit these places or even can spend whole day in the resort enjoying the green views, love shaped lake, pool, windy atmosphere while sitting on a swing under the tree. So if u r tired of busy city life and looking for a peaceful place to spend your time, consider visiting this place. Keep in mind before visiting: resort is on top of Tila so u will require climbing stairs and walking to reach ur rooms or to have food (room service is available for rooms) Some insects u will see in the rooms as of course lots of trees r there. Resort is quite far and inside from the main road so pre arrangements of transportation for going out is required. Resort also helps in this regard if u tell them.

The location itself is very beautiful. The hospitality of the resort authority is quite appreciable. The food is tasty. Room standard and amenities are quite good. But the private pool villa!!!! Thats out of any discussion. Its too good!!!

It's a new concept eco friendly resort with only room facilities without air conditioning. The scenic view is excellent. Quiet environment if other guests keep privacy. We really enjoy there. Food was delicious n quality n quantity satisfying. Staff behavior was professional n good. I appreciate their choice to select such place. Highly recommend!!!

It was a great experience staying at Tilagaon. Their food was awesome and the staff are really hospitable. The best thing about Tilagaon is it in top of a hill, so plenty of scenic views from your bedroom. The only difficult part staying here is, it is quite far from Srimangal. Thus you need reserved transport to visit tourist locations. Other than that, it is one of the best places to stay in Srimangal. 😊

This is one of the best places to have quality time with your dearest one or family. The below review can help you to make the decision: Room: There are several types of room in the resort. I have booked the MUD House which is a much cheaper price than the website. The room is spacious and washroom was super clean. You can find necessary Aminities in the washroom which are very good qualities. They provide jaynamaz to complete your prayers and also Moshari from preventing the mosquitos. One thing I didn't like is that their veranda has very little privacy and there's no television in the room.Anyone can enter in veranda very easily. I have also seen that there AC villas are spacious but that verandah didn't have view. The private pool villa doesn't have much privacy. The pool is visible from the outside and it will be very hard for a couple to spend their quality time. Staff: The behaviour of the staff is very good and they provide service very much actively. Food: Their food quality is awesome and the quantity is good but the price is a little bit high. Especially the chicken barbecue platter and the breakfast is must recommended. Swimming pool: their swimming pool has an infinite view of nature and they maintain it three times in a day. The pool has highest deepth of 7 feets. Lastly, you can enjoy a very good vacation there with your family and friends or with the nearest one and it will not cost you more . Security: the place is safe for couple and you will see 24/7 that security guards are roaming around. You need both's NID Card for doing the check in. Overall : 8.5/10 (I minimize 0.5 for not having the Television in the room and the 1.0 for not having the privacy of the veranda.

Such an wonderful natural environment. Neat and clean. Cooking quality of dinner and lunch is awesome but the quality of breakfast isn’t good yet. Their hospitality and room service are fast but need more strong administration. Their room service boys are very gentle.

Undoubtedly a great place for anyone who wants to have a quality time of their life with their friends or family. A must recommend place if you’re planning to visit Sylhet/Sreemongol or near by place. You can surely give it a try. The food was excellent 9/10. The staffs were well behaved and served really good. Not luxurious, but quite good! I enjoyed staying here. Warm hospitality, foods as you like, scenic natural view will attract everyone. There are some mud rooms, some AC rooms and a pool villa are there .. Total area is of about 5-10 walking distance. A team of 9 families can accommodate there ... Recommended.

The private pool Vila is best for couple. Room price is a bit high but it's worthy with the room, pool and view. For food no restaurants or restora is available near this resort so Lunch, dinner and snacks need to buy from the resort. But food taste taste is very good 9/10, a little but spicy. And the price is average. The environment of the resort is overall good, dinning place is great, Macha also good. Recommended for natural and noise free place.

Had a great time there. Some refreshing vibe with all day long activity and the place was so cool & chilling with its natural beauty. I should recommend it to others for relaxing and cheering up for yourself you can go over there and take a breath to feel the Jungle and nature

An exceptional eco-resort in Bangladesh, complete with ways to relax. The best cottage I've ever seen is the wooden one at the top of the hill with its own pool. Food is delicious. The best views are usually seen in the morning and at night. This is the ideal option, in my opinion, for anyone looking to enjoy their weekend .

I recently stayed at Tilagoan Resort in Srimangal, and overall, it was a delightful. The location is truly stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation and nature lovers. The rooms were well-maintained—neat and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The resort's staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was decent with a variety of options, though I believe there’s room for improvement in terms of taste and presentation. Perhaps introducing more local dishes could enhance the dining experience. One significant drawback is the condition of the roads leading to the resort. They could use some improvement to make access easier and more comfortable for guests. In summary, Tilagoan Resort is a lovely getaway with great service and beautiful surroundings, but addressing the road conditions and enhancing the food quality would make it even better. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature.

This resort is located in the Sreemangal area of Sylhet. It's close to the cluster of resorts around the Grand Sultan resort area and near to Lawachara national forest. The resort is located a bit off the main road. You'll need to make your way through narrow, single lane roads to make your way to this place. If you're in a big vehicle (like a 14- seater micro), it might seem like a herculean task, but rest assured it is possible. However, once you're at the resort gates, where your large vehicle will fit through their world class gates (yes I am being sarcastic), well that's another story (P.S.- our vehicle did not fit). We went in mid October, and were welcomed by strong torrential rains. The resort didn't have adequate facilities to cater to moving guests in the downpour. They offered some umbrellas but we all got drenched anyways (but in hindsight it was a good experience). They have mainly three types of rooms, Mud house (non -ac), AC villas and a honeymoon suite. We stayed mainly in the AC villa. This is where you actually get to see the true beauty of this place. The villa has a large open balcony, which overlooks the lush greenery of the eco resort. The room was nice, value for money I would say. The staff were helpful and accommodating. You usually need to order meals beforehand, which helps them procure and prep properly. The food options were limited to mainly Bengali food, with bbq being additionally offered during dinner. But the food was delicious and the dining area is also perched on a small hill and overlooks some great scenery and a "heart shaped" lake. Be prepared to walk a bit at this resort, as places like the pool, dining area, cottages, are a bit distant from each other. They have a sort of infinity pool (will give them top marks for trying). The pool was a bit disappointing upfront (compared to the pictures online). However, it's still pretty decent and definitely value for money for the overall room prices. Overall it was a good experience there. The place is probably best experienced in winter.

I recently stayed at Tilagaon Eco Resort and overall, my experience was mixed. The food at the resort's restaurant was quite tasty, and I found the prices to be reasonable. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable with satisfactory amenities, making for a pleasant stay. The location of the resort offers excellent views, adding to the overall appeal. However, there were some notable drawbacks. The road leading to the resort is quite narrow and in poor condition, making it challenging to navigate, especially if encountering oncoming traffic. Furthermore, while the resort provided an extra bed, I found it to be of sub-standard quality, which was disappointing. Additionally, the lack of card payment options was inconvenient, as I prefer to use electronic payment methods. Another concern was the inadequate security measures at the resort, which left me feeling uneasy during my stay. It would be beneficial for the management to prioritize enhancing security to ensure the safety of guests. Lastly, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. While the staff were friendly, there were instances where I felt that my needs were not adequately addressed Overall, Tilagaon Eco Resort has its strengths, such as tasty food, reasonable prices, and a picturesque location. And I know they have been growing & improving day by day (Still it is under construction). However, there are few areas that require immediate attention including additional bedding quality, payment options, security, and customer service. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Great place with a fantastic view and service. One of the best place in Bangladesh to stay for romantic quite nights. There could be some insects as it is very remote place. Great wifi,pool,hot water service in the room. Staffs are very friendly.

It's a beautiful eco friendly resort situated at Tilagaon village in Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar district. The ambience of the resort is breathtakingly awesome. Their famous dish was duck curry with vegetables, dried fish chatni, lentil, rice and salad. So far, I've visited the resort five times.

This was our second visit to Tilagaon Eco Village, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The ambiance and amenities are truly exceptional. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Food and beverages are readily available upon request, and both accommodation and meal prices are quite reasonable. The staff are warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also took advantage of the swimming pool, which is well-maintained with clean water—safe and enjoyable for both children and adults. The intercom system is efficient, and the overall service is impressively prompt. The mud houses, AC villas, and infinity pool villas offer stunning views of the surrounding hills (tillas) and lush tea gardens. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, Tilagaon Eco Village deserves a top spot on your travel bucket list.

I'd probably go with a 4.5 out of 5 rating. It is a nice resort, you can chill and relax inside the resort itself if you decide not to go anywhere else. We stayed in AC Villa rooms (without pool), the rooms are nice. Staffs do the housecleaning regularly without you having to ask them. The space outside the glass door and the open shower space are both great features, washroom is nice as well. I'd have 0.5 deducted due to the fact that this resort is technically not in Sreemangal upazila, it's actually in Kamalganj, quite far from Sreemangal main town. The road to the resort can remind you of the roads to Jaflong or Bichanakandi, pain to your bones. Food seemed average during lunch (chicken, pabda fish etc.), duck curry seemed better than others. Breakfast was good (khichuri, omelette, small pieces of chicken curry, achar). Even fresh mango was served. BBQ Chicken with buter dal and porota was also decent. Overall, it was a nice experience. If I had an opportunity to go there again, I definitely would.

I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Everything about the resort was perfect but if I have to mention any 2 points - I would definitely mention their customer service and food. Amazing stuff behavior and delicious food. Will go there again.

Although the resort generally does not allow food in rooms, they made a special exception for our 3-year-old child, which we deeply appreciated. Their hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay even more comfortable. The swimming pool was cleaned promptly whenever we requested, ensuring a hygienic and enjoyable experience. The WiFi connection was surprisingly good, even in this remote location, allowing us to stay connected when needed. While the food options were limited, the taste was absolutely delicious, making every meal satisfying. Overall, Tilagaon Eco Village exceeded our expectations with its peaceful atmosphere, great service, and family-friendly approach. If you're looking for a quiet escape with warm hospitality, this is the perfect place!

We booked 3 pool villas for 5 adults, it was a nice stay. They need to focus on the safety issues of the pools and make the balcony child safe. Food was tasty and good portions. Make sure to take your snacks from outside. No shops are nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this tranquil location, which offers a perfect escape for those seeking solitude and a return to nature. The absence of traditional hotel services allowed us to truly relax and be ourselves, fostering a sense of comfort and peace. While the property is somewhat secluded, its expansive grounds provide ample space for relaxation. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the near future. The bedsheets were a little improper, but we had a boy's trip so everything was fine.

Very neat and clean resort. I visited there in the weekdays and resides in their mud house. My experience was good. When I used their swimming pool there was no other guests, as they have very limited rooms. You can expect less crowd in the resort. traditional food taste was great. **keep the distance in mind.

Stayed at Tilagaon Eco Resort and overall had a very good experience. The room views are great and very relaxing. Washrooms were clean, which I really appreciated, although the furniture felt quite old and could use some updating. The overall resort atmosphere was very nice and peaceful. Breakfast was not up to the mark, but dinner made up for it - the fish BBQ was excellent and definitely the highlight of the stay. The chicken BBQ, however, was just average. Overall, a good place to stay for the view and ambiance, with some room for improvement in food and room furnishings.

It was a real treat to stay at Tilagao. A bit distant from the town but the hassle worth the majestic surrounding view once you reach here. P.S; you will need personal vehicle or reserve CNG to reach here. The food is also top notch here. With the ambience and surrounding view from the dining arena, it hits the perfect spot. Totally recommended, especially for the couples.

This resort is excellent for a quiet, calm and relaxing vacation with fantastic environment and natural beauty. However, the management have some room for improvements. The staff are well behaved and sincere but it seemed like they lack adequate training and guidance. Overall, I would highly recommend if you are not very picky about services and amenities.
